Separate data-processing consents

These consents are separate from terms acceptance, public disclosure consent and written consent for special-category or biometric data. This version describes consents for previously submitted applications. They are not reused as registration consents or required to create an account; terms and necessary separate consents are accepted in the app.

A. Previously submitted applications and invitations

I voluntarily consent to Vladislav Dmitrievich Kuzmichev, 332911559884, Vladimir, Russia; written requests to prosky33@gmail.com, prosky33@gmail.com processing my email address, chosen language, application details/status, and consent date/time/version to maintain Lumi's waiting list and send the invitation I requested. Permitted operations are collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure only to the selected email provider, restriction, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated, with manual handling where needed for a request. Email provider and countries: Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States). Application data is not intended for AI models or voice providers. This consent does not authorise advertising, partner campaigns or paid offers. This consent lasts until invitation/withdrawal, for no longer than the retention period: until you are invited or withdraw, but no longer than 180 days from submission; the application is then deleted automatically; longer waiting requires renewed consent. Withdraw at prosky33@gmail.com. Withdrawal removes the application and stops new invitations; data is destroyed within the applicable legal period where no other ground remains.

D. Optional launch emails

By a separate optional choice, I consent to the operator Vladislav Dmitrievich Kuzmichev, 332911559884, Vladimir, Russia; written requests to prosky33@gmail.com, prosky33@gmail.com and mail provider Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States) processing my email, language, consent version/time and delivery events for Lumi launch and new-access-wave emails. Actions: collection, recording, storage, use, disclosure to the identified provider, restriction, deletion and destruction. Declining does not prevent applying or receiving the requested invitation. Consent lasts until withdrawal, application retention ends or this mailing ends, whichever is earlier. Withdraw at prosky33@gmail.com. New sends stop after withdrawal; already dispatched network delivery cannot always be recalled. Personal conversations, partner advertising and paid offers are excluded.

Scope limitation

These consents do not cover health, intimate-life or other special-category data. Written consent under Article 9(4)/10, if that ground is chosen, requires the prescribed contents and a signature; an ordinary web checkbox is not declared to be an electronic signature. Do not send identity documents for an ordinary waitlist application. The waitlist form does not activate voice or request consent for special-category processing. Refusal/withdrawal does not remove mandatory rights; another valid ground may support continued processing and must be explained by the operator. B. This form does not request additional-personalisation consent: purpose, data, recipients and refusal must be defined separately before consent is requested. C. Microphone use needs separate information on Deepgram recognition, Cartesia synthesis, countries, retention and transcripts. Browser permission does not replace required consent. New-message email and push notifications need their own choices; launch-email consent does not cover them.
